Stoffo, who will be attending Emory University in the autumn, seldom missed a session of the Glen Rock Borough Council and provided regular cable TV coverage of the meetings. His one memorable absence came when he was part of the cast of a Glen Rock High School play. The council applauded Stoffo for his skill and dedication and thanked him for the service to the borough. He plans to study all aspects of electronic and written media at college. The borough council also formally appointed former council member Byron Arnao as the station director of Glen Rock TV. Arnao, who was the council’s technology expert during his single term, continues to make his time and expertise available as a volunteer consultant. Ted Burke was appointed programming director, Jason Raser was appointed public relations director, Katie Vandervalk was appointed youth outreach director, Peggy Quinlan was appointed to special projects, Ken Butts was appointed education director, Bruce Kaiser was appointed sound engineer, Sean Massaro was appointed technical director, and Rick Vanrumpt was appointed producer.
