RHS celebrates Chinese New Year The members of the Ridgewood High School (RHS) Chinese program recently celebrated the Chinese New Year with an exciting festival. All the months of planning and preparation, done by the event’s coordinator RHS Chinese teacher Louise Cheng and her students, were finally brought to life amid this festival. Tables and desks were filled with huge trays of dumplings, noodles, fried rice, chicken, beef, spring rolls, egg tarts, and rice cakes. The festival served over 200 faculty and students.
