A diamond ring acquired by a Midland Park businessman as part of Devon Fine Jewelers’ recent Finders Keepers giveaway will now become the prize in a fundraiser to benefit the Midland Park Love Fund and Emanuel Cancer Foundation. Eugene Myer, owner of La Strada Gourmet, found the 14K white gold ring with black, brown and white diamonds at the Goffle Road Poultry Farm in Wyckoff. He came across the gift bag containing the unusual ring valued at $1,500 quite by accident while he was picking up fresh supplies for his deli. The fine jewelry piece is now on display at his deli,
