A Cartridge World saves the planet while saving you money eff and Randy Bier of Cartridge World – Franklin Lakes urge everyone, “Please don’t feed the landfill.” Each day, this father and son team works to educate customers about the ways their company’s products save money and the planet. Cartridge World will refill ink printer cartridges with only “specified” inks without sacrificing quality. Each year, this company prevents over nine million cartridges from ending up in landfills. Randy, the store’s vice president, welcomes anyone who is considering a printer purchase to come in to Cartridge World — Franklin Lakes for a free consultation. “The latest models are not always best,” he notes, adding that some models lock buyers into purchasing original brand cartridges that can increase the overall cost of ownership. “Did you know that new printers come with starter cartridges, which only have a small amount of ink? Selecting the wrong printer can turn one that looked like a great value into Jeff and Randy Bier a money-pit.” Be sure to ask Randy about the store’s ongoing “Why Pay More to Print?” campaign. Jeff, owner and president of Cartridge World – Franklin Lakes, adds, “Individuals and businesses can see the value in our recycling technology that allows them to buy quality ink and toner cartridges and save money!” Cartridge World carries hundreds of inks and toners, but what sets this company apart is the exceptional service and quality of these products. All Cartridge World products come with a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. The store also offers free cartridge pickup and delivery or shipping for businesses. Randy notes that cartridges are ready the same day or next day. Cartridge World is the world’s fastest growing ink and toner remanufacturing retailer, and continues to enjoy record growth. She currently resides in Bergen County, where she is the Villadom TIMES’ sales representative for Franklin Lakes and Wyckoff. At one time, Pat and her husband Paul lived in Saint Thomas. Paul’s job as a publisher later required a move to San Jose, California. There, Pat launched a graphic arts business, where she produced stationery, business cards, and other promotional products for local businesses. Eventually, the couple made their home in Wyckoff with their three sons. The eldest son finished school in Pat Mazzacano California, but the younger sons attended Ramapo High School. After her husband passed away, Pat wanted to become more involved in the community. She found Villadom TIMES a natural transition. “More than anything else, I know publishing and graphic arts,” she explains. Her volunteer activities include service on the Wyckoff Chamber of Commerce and Franklin Lakes Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and participates with Volunteer Center of Bergen County. In her current hometown of Ramsey, she is a member of the Cambridge Heights Book Club. Her world travels have brought her to Canada, Mexico, England, Scotland, Ireland, Italy, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Greece, Russia, China, and Japan. This year she will be traveling to Costa Rica where she will be zip lining. In her leisure time, Pat enjoys spending time with her sons and grandchildren, Lea and Sean. She also pursues fly fishing. Although she was aware of this sport through her husband’s pursuit of fly fishing on family trips to Oregon and Maine, Pat became interested years later. “I found Paul’s duffle bag in the garage with all his fly fishing gear. I took lessons, and joined the Joan Wulff Fly Fishers group.” Pat describes this activity as very serene, and says she enjoys being part of nature. “I’m waiting for my next adventure,” she says with a smile.
