He is survived by his children Cynthia Williams and James Del Balzo Jr., five grandchildren, and his brother Carmel Del Balzo. He was predeceased by his wife Catherine, and his son Nicholas Athan. Margaret Mary “Maggie” Donch of Apache Junction, Arizona, formerly of Stamford, Connecticut, died Jan. 3. She was 91. She attended Saint John Parochial School and Sacred Heart Academy in Stamford, Connecticut. She was employed at Machlett Laboratories, a subsidiary of Raytheon Company, for 27 years, and at Med-E-Quip Imaging for 10 years. She was a member of the Stamford Suburbanites, where she held position of president and treasurer and the Stamford Center Evening Chapter AARP #4539 where she served as president, vice president, and treasurer. She was program chairperson of the reading group at Weed Hill Library, and a member of the Renewal group at Saint Gabriel Church. She is survived by her children, former Franklin Lakes Mayor G. Thomas Donch Jr. of Franklin Lakes; retired Lieutenant of the Stamford, Connecticut Fire Department, John M. Donch Sr. of Apache Junction, Arizona; Marilyn Mitchell of Trumbull; and Carol Twiggs of Derby. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, six greatgrandchildren, and her siblings James Murphy of Newtown, Connecticut, John Murphy of Weddington, North Carolina, and Shirley Cipot of Greenlawn, Long Island, New York. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband George, her son Kenneth, granddaughter Megan Twiggs, brother Edward Murphy, and sister Ellen Wilson. A memorial service and 10 a.m. Mass will be held in Connecticut on March 19. The service will be held at Saint Gabriel’s RC Church, followed by burial at Saint John’s Cemetery and repast at the Stamford Knights of Columbus. She is survived by her husband Keikhosrow Irani, her children Isabelle Irani and Monica Irani, and her sister Maria Macur. She was predeceased by her son Peter Irani. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of WWII, the Korean War, and the Berlin Crisis. He was a graduate of Fairleigh Dickenson University. He was employed at the university as executive director of personnel. He was survived by his wife Anne (nee Ciccarelli) von Marosits of Glen Rock, his son Mark Marosits of Newport, Rhode Island, and his grandson Michael Marosits. Stapp of Midland Park, formerly of Wyckoff, died Jan. 7. He was 83. He had been employed as a truck driver for International Paper in Tallman, New York. He was the owner of Suenram Hardware in Paterson, and HoHo-Kus Hardware in Ho-Ho-Kus. He was most recently employed as a crossing guard in Wyckoff. He was a member of the Hawthorne Gospel Church and a member of its choir. He also attended the Franklin Lakes Baptist Church in Franklin Lakes. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth (nee Suenram) Stapp, his children Donald Stapp of Bradley Beach, Barbara Wurster of Fallston, Maryland, Linda Stapp of Wellesley, Massachusetts, Edward Stapp of Wyckoff, Eileen Gumienski, Judy Larrondo of Union Beach, Richard Stapp of Eastford, Connecticut, Joanne Miller of Lawrenceville, and Thomas Stapp of Wyckoff, 17 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. She graduated with a B.A in theater arts in 1959 and a M.A. in speech in 1966 from Emerson College. She taught English and directed musicals at Mamaroneck High School. She was an adjunct professor of speech and communications at Montclair State University and Ramapo College for the last 26 years. She was a member of West Side Presbyterian Church in Ridgewood where she taught Sunday school, was a deacon, and directed many of the church’s productions. She was a member of the Hillside Players, PEO Chapter J, a Professional Educational Organization, and the Ridgewood College Club. She is survived by her husband Lincoln John Stulik, her daughter Jessica Stulik Molnar, son-in-law Ludwig Molnar, and her granddaughter Katelyn Molnar. Arrangements were made by C.C.
