Elyssa Mary McFadden, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John T. McFadden of Wayne, Pennsylvania, formerly of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and Franklin Lakes, has wed Joseph Patrick Fineran III, son of Mrs. Florence Decker of Hilton Head, South Carolina and Mr. Joseph P. Fineran Jr. of Spring City, Pennsylvania. The wedding took place on Aug. 21, 2010 at Old Saint Mary’s Church in Philadelphia. Officiating were The Most Rev. Joseph P. McFadden, Bishop of Harrisburg and uncle of the bride; Rev. Robert A. O’Leary, great-uncle of the bride; and Rev. H. Joseph Shields. A reception was held at The Union League of Philadelphia. Lauren Tracy was the maid-of-honor. Bridesmaids included Mrs. Michael McFadden and Mrs. Ryan McFadden, sisters-in-law of the bride; Mrs. Donald Spitko, sister of the groom; and Corinne Covino, Michele Saylor, Nicole DeCarlo, and Mrs. Jeffrey Gates. James Fineran served as best man for his brother. Groomsmen were Mr. Jeffrey Gates, cousin of the groom; Thomas McFadden, Michael McFadden, Ryan McFadden, and Christopher McFadden, brothers of the bride; and Brad Burns and Brian Karpinecz. Mr. and Mrs. Mark Berninger of Midland Park have announced the engagement of their daughter, Megan, to Bryan Miller, son of Linda Wendelaar of Vernon and John Miller of Midland Park. The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Midland Park High School and a 2008 graduate of Ramapo College. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management. She is currently employed by Ross Stores, Inc. in New York City. Her fiancé is a 2001 graduate of Sussex County Technical School and WyoTech Institute. He is currently employed by Pinnacle Wireless Communications in Hackensack. A 2012 wedding is planned.

Following a honeymoon in the Caribbean, the couple now resides in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
Milo and Carol Rasovic of Wyckoff have announced the engagement of their daughter, Katherine, to Michael Voellmicke, son of John and Olivia Voellmicke of Franklin Lakes. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Ramapo High School in Franklin Lakes and Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. She received her master’s degree from The College of New Jersey in Ewing. She is currently a third grade teacher at Oradell Public School. Her fiancé is a graduate of Ramapo High School and Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania. He is an accountant with Sterling Stamos in New York City. An April 2011 wedding is planned.
