Area December 14, 2011 THE VILLADOM TIMES I • Page 11 Elisabeth Micich Otero, RN, MSN, BCCC, quality manager and clinical educator at Christian Health Care Center in Wyckoff, was recently honored with the 2011 Nurse Recognition Award by the New Jersey League for Nursing. Micich Otero recently accepted the award at the 2011 Nurse Recognition Awards Gala at The Pines Manor in Edison. The honoree was nominated by Elaine Whelan, RN-BC, Micich Otero receives 2011 Nurse Recognition Award MSN. “Elisabeth is an accomplished nurse,” said Whelan. “She possesses a unique blend of expertise in psychiatry, gerontology, nursing professional development, and quality improvement. She excels in everything she does.” Micich Otero grew up in Midland Park and currently resides in Scotch Plains.
