Tai chi is the ancient Chinese art of learning how to improve the flow of life energy in the body by combining specific movements and postures with breathing and focused attention. Practicing tai chi on a regular basis has been shown to improve balance, help with the functioning of every system of the body, decrease pain, and enhance quality of life.
