The program will be held from 7:30 to 9 p.m. in the parish center at Saint Luke’s Church, 340 North Franklin Turnpike in Ho-Ho-Kus. Carris will share how his near escape from the World Trade Center on 9/11 has had an impact on his faith journey. This program is open to the public. A free will offering would be appreciated. Annual fireworks fundraiser set Tickets are on sale now for the Wyckoff Volunteer Fire Department’s 53rd Annual Fireworks Display and Band Concert on Saturday, Sept. 4. This event will be held at Memorial Field, behind Wyckoff Town Hall at 340 Franklin Avenue, Wyckoff. All seating will be on the rear baseball field near the band shell. This year, the Shots will provide special musical entertainment before the fireworks display. The concert will begin at 6:45 p.m. and the fireworks are scheduled to begin at 8:30 p.m. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the property. Tickets may be purchased in advance for $10 each; children under age 12 will be admitted free. Les Belles Artistes exhibit The September photography exhibit at the Gallery at the Presbyterian Church at Franklin Lakes will feature seven award-winning artists, Les Belles Artistes, who met over 10 years ago while studying watercolor painting at the Ridgewood Art Institute. To celebrate their continued friendship, they have joined to exhibit as a group. The artists are Monique du Bois of Mahwah, Anna Fronte of Oakland, Michelle Himes of Waldwick, Nan Michelmore of Palisades, New York, Lorrie Pallant of Spring Valley, New York, Natalie Saunders of Kinnelon, and Tanya Turchin of Oakland. All of the artists have exhibited their paintings in various juried and solo shows in North Jersey and New York. Their paintings can be found in private collections in the United States, Australia, England, and Russia. Fell House Fun Night set The John Fell House Fun Night will be held Monday, Aug. 30 at the Allendale Bar and Grill from 5 p.m. until closing.
