Aras Ural, a Brookside School seventh grader, recently performed at the New Jersey Music Educators Association’s 2010 Honors Piano Recital at Bickford Theatre of Morristown Museum. Ural played Schubert’s ‘Impromptus Opus 90 No 4.’ This year, over 100 students were nominated by their respective piano teachers for consideration to take part in the honors recital with a handful selected to perform. Ural has been playing the piano for six years and currently studies with Yousun Soheil of Paramus. When he is not practicing piano, he is in the pool practicing with the Wyckoff YMCA Sharks Swim Team.
