Boy Scouts hold Spaghetti Dinner Boy Scout Troop 133 in Upper Saddle River will hold its Election Day Spaghetti Dinner on Nov. 2 from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at the Old Stone Church Educational Building, 500 East Saddle River Road in Upper Saddle River. The dinner includes salad, Italian bread, spaghetti, dessert, and beverage. Tickets are $10 per person and may be purchased at the door. Take out orders are available.
