Seniors plan Saratoga Springs trip The seniors at Church of the Presentation are planning a trip to Saratoga Springs July 27 through 29. The tour includes deluxe bus accommodations, two nights in a hotel; seven meals; a luncheon cruise; guided tours of the Chapman Museum, Hyde Collection, National Museum of Racing, and the Hall of Fame; and reserved seating for a luncheon at the Saratoga Racetrack. VBS registration now open Bergen Highlands United Methodist Church invites children from age three through grade five to attend Vacation Bible School from Aug. 2 through 6. This year’s program, “Galactic Blast: A Cosmic Adventure Praising God,” will run from 9 a.m. to noon. All children are welcome at this interdenominational Christian program. Camp participants will board the starship Galactic Praise to see the universe and God in a whole new way. Each day’s galactic mission includes Bible adventures in the Good News Galaxy, music at Moons & Tunes, art projects at Cosmic Crafts, games at Rocket Rec, and a snack at the Astro Bistro. Preschool children will enjoy a special program designed just for them. The cost for the week is $25 for Bergen Highlands children, and $35 for all others.
