Constance Borrelli of Waldwick died Nov. 29. She was 93. She was a graduate of Tuxedo High School, where she was captain of the Tuxedo Girls Basketball Team which had a 109-game winning streak. She was a baker for Ridgewood Board of Education in Ridgewood. She was a member of the Waldwick Fire Department Women’s Auxiliary. She is survived by her children Neal Borrelli of Middletown, New York, Joseph Borrelli of Wyckoff, and Constance O’Brien of Lansdale, Pennsylvania, seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph, and son Neal. Arrangements were made by Olthuis Funeral Home in Midland Park. Box 202, Waldwick, NJ 07463, or the Christian Health Care Center, 301 Sicomac Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ 07481. Clementine Buonadonna of Upper Saddle River, formerly of Little Egg Harbor, died Nov. 29. She was 89. She is survived by her children June Ernst, Maria Tortorelli, John Buonadonna, 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and her siblings Claire Lisa, Gemma Weiner, Anna Lomano, and Rita Albanese. She was predeceased by her husband Frank Buonadonna. Arrangements were made by Becker Funeral Home in Westwood. Jane L. Heilmann, nee Ruddy, of Upper Saddle River died Nov. 28. She was 87. She had been a master bookkeeper. She was a volunteer at the Upper Saddle River Library, and served on several ministries at the Church of the Presentation. She is survived by her children Tom of Vermont, Jim of New Jersey, Gerry of New York, Laurie Robertson of Washington, Rick of New Jersey, and Paul of New Jersey, 13 grandchildren, and her sister Ruth Michaelian. She was predeceased by her husband Frank M. Heilmann, her son John, and her brothers, Richard, Donald, William, and Robert Ruddy. Arrangements were made by Vander Platt Funeral Home in Wyckoff. Jonathan R. Hausman of Southampton, New York, formerly of Upper Saddle River, died Nov. 30 He was 48. He is survived by his children Eric, and Marissa, his parents Martin and Helaine Hausman, and his brothers Kenneth and James Hausman. Dr. Angelo Mininni of Saddle River died Dec. 1. He was 77. He graduated and received his doctorate in medicine from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles in France. He practiced general surgery at the Valley Hospital in Ridgewood for over 40 years, serving as president of medical staff from 1975 to 1977. He was a parishioner of Saint Gabriel’s R.C. Church in Saddle River. He is survived by his wife Joyce (nee Eyerman), his children Mark Mininni, Renee Mininni, Claudine Crescione, Kurt Alter, Paul Mininni, and Kerry Alter, one grandchild, and his brothers Raymond Mininni and Frank Mininni. Natelli, nee Faller, of Waldwick died Nov. 27. She was 49. She was a 1979 graduate of Bergenfield High School. She was president of the PSO in Waldwick where she ran many school functions. She is survived by her husband Michael, her children Jennifer, Michael A., and Rachel Natelli, and her sisters Kathleen Thomas, and Karen Faller. Arrangements were made by Feeney Funeral Home in Ridgewood. Joseph Lewis Paglia Jr. of Ramsey died Nov. 25. He was 63. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife Margaret, his son Jeffrey, daughterin-law Elaine, and daughter Jennifer. Arrangements were made by Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home in Ramsey. Margaret Kraemer Rumble of Gaithersburg, Maryland, formerly of Ramsey died Nov. 18. She was 96. She was graduated from Cornell University in 1936 and worked for many years as a department store manager. She is survived by her sons James E. Rumble, and John R. Rumble Jr., nine grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband John R. Rumble, and daughter Susan R. Sims. A memorial service will be held on Jan. 29, 2011 in Ramsey. He was a U.S. Army Air Force veteran of WWII. He was semiretired president of Stan Silver & Assoc., and was in business over 50 years. Ho-Ho-Kus Jottings
December meetings to be consolidated The Ho-Ho-Kus Council, which generally meets on the third and fourth Tuesday of each month, will hold only one meeting in December. That session will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 21 at borough hall. Sessions are held at 8 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Trustees reschedule meeting The Dec. 20 meeting of the Worth-Pinkham Memorial Library Board of Trustees has been rescheduled for Monday, Dec. 13 at 7:30 p.m. The session will be held at the library at 91 Warren Avenue. Club to hold Open House A modern windmill farm is the latest innovation to appear on the Ramapo Valley Railroad Club’s model train layout. The club welcomes the community to view its layout at the annual Holiday Open House set for Dec. 12, and 19 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Admission to the show is $4 for adults and $1 for children under the age of 12, with a maximum of $10 per family. The HO scale layout is located in the Ho-Ho-Kus VFW building at 620 Cliff Street, Ho-Ho-Kus. Ample free parking is available. Visit http://ramapovalleyrailroad.wordpress.com for information. Champagne & Candlelight event slated The Hermitage Museum, located at 335 North Franklin Turnpike in Ho-Ho-Kus, will host a festive evening of “Champagne & Candlelight” on Thursday, Dec. 9 from 6 to 9 p.m. to usher in this year’s holiday season. The evening will begin with a champagne reception inside this historical Victorian home. The Ho-Ho-Kus Garden Club will decorate the house in a “Light up the Holidays” theme. Each room will be distinctively decorated. Following the reception, visitors will enjoy specialty foods and live entertainment next door in the museum’s education building. Visitors will be treated to a live presentation by the North River Colonial Dance Troupe. Performers in full period dress will demonstrate a variety of Early American dances. Visitors will be encouraged to join in and learn these dance steps. Admission is $50 per person, and advance reservations are recommended. Proceeds from Champagne & Candlelight will help fund the museum’s educational programs for children.
