Frank A. Addessi of Mahwah and Greenacres City, Florida, died Aug. 15. He was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran of WWII. Before retiring, he was manager of IBM in Franklin Lakes. He was a Eucharistic minister, Lazarus minister, and parishioner of Saint Paul’s RC Church in Ramsey. He was a member and fourth degree Knight of the Ramsey Knights of Columbus, a member of Activities Unlimited in Wyckoff, president of the board of directors in Ridge Gardens in Mahwah, former president of Kiwanis International’s Sleepy Hollow, New York chapter, and a member of pastoral care of Valley Hospital. He is survived by his wife Norma Addessi, his children Carol Frappolli, and Nancy Addessi, his stepson Daniel Vicino, four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife Susan, and his son Richard Addessi. Arrangements were made by Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home in Ramsey. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association or to the Disabled American Veterans Association. Clara Caporaso, nee Haselman, of Franklin Lakes died Aug. 17. She was 94. Before retiring, she worked as a police dispatcher for the Moonachie Police Department. She is survived by her daughters Claire Cyriay of Park Ridge, Beverly Smith of Franklin Lakes, and Joyce Elia of Hawthorne, 10 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Harold Strub. Arrangements were made by Oakland Memorial Home in Oakland. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. Before retiring in 2002, he had a dental practice in Clifton. He is survived by his wife Marie Dabagian (nee De Grado), his children Edmund G. Dabagian-Paul of Ridgewood, and Gaye Cerio of Little Falls, and three grandchildren. Arrangements were made by Vander Plaat-Vermeulen Memorial Home in Franklin Lakes. He was a selfemployed building contractor in the Bergen County area. He was a member of Sicomac Engine Company #3, where he served as a deputy chief. He is survived by his wife Carol (nee Crosby), his children, Kim Boehm of Franklin Lakes, Ronnie Greig of Clifton, and Kari McCarthy of Riverdale, five grandchildren, his mother Edna (nee Strother) of Toms River, and his siblings Wes Greig of Midland Park,

She gave her time and talent to numerous organizations, notably the Valley Hospital, where she volunteered for nearly 50 years, and the Red Cross of Northern New Jersey, which honored her as Volunteer of the Year for her more than 30 years of service. She was honored for her volunteerism in the Ridgewood Fourth of July parade. She recorded readings for Lighthouse for the Blind. She spearheaded the first Ho-Ho-Kus Beautification Committee, and was a member of the Ridgewood Woman’s Club, and the College Club of Ridgewood. She was a member of the Consistory of the Upper Ridgewood Community Church and choir. She was a pianist, most recently playing at Lincoln Center, participating in a citywide installation, entitled “Play Me I’m Yours.” She starred in the children’s film, “The Fish from Japan,” and had a career as a model. She is survived by her children Bonnie Mazzocchi, Thomas Jenkins, David Jenkins, Robert Jenkins, 10 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and her brother David Ficker. She was predeceased by her husband Richard Stewart Jenkins. Arrangements were made by Feeney Funeral Home in Ridgewood. Frances M. Kelly of Ramsey, formerly of Suffern, New York, died Aug. 17. She was 93. She was a life member of The Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #286 State of New York, a member of the Mystic Court #62 Order of Amaranth in New York, and a member of Foster Grandparents in Rockland County. She is survived by her nieces Virginia Hull and Susan Keelan, nephew John Fisher, seven greatnieces and nephews, and one great-great niece. Arrangements were made by Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home in Ramsey. Leroy M. Kotzen, MD of Ridgewood died Aug. 9. He was 73. He was associated with Hackensack University Medical Center for 38 years, where he was a member of the HUMC Board of Governors and chairman of the radiology department for more than a decade. He is survived by his wife Linda Brandwein Kotzen, his children Jennifer Wallis Kotzen and Jeffrey Howard Kotzen, and three grandsons.
Memorial donations may be made to Hackensack University Medical Center. William J. “Bill” Kronemyer of Elmwood Park, formerly of Ridgewood, died Aug. 6. He was 58. He founded the New Jersey Videographers Association in 1988, and was a member of New Jersey Creatives Network and other multimedia groups. He was the owner of WJK Associates. He is survived by his mother Kathryn “Kay” (nee Ryan), his siblings Robert of Elkhart, Indiana and Katie Kronemyer of Tucson, Arizona, nephew Galen of Tucson, and niece Amy of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Curtis Francis Lawrence of Ho-Ho-Kus died Aug. 14. He was 78. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of a member of The Army Aviation Association of America and the Train Collectors Association. He is survived by his wife Margaret (nee Hurley) of Ho-Ho-Kus, his children Stacey of Ho-Ho-Kus and Kirk of West Milford, and his brother Warren Lawrence. Arrangements were made by C.C. Dr. Raymond J. “Ray” Molkenthin of Pawleys Island, South Carolina, formerly of Franklin Lakes, died July 30. He was 81. He served in the U.S. Public Health Service under the U.S. Coast Guard Cape May. Before retiring in 1988, he had run a dental practice in Wyckoff since 1956. He served as president of The Beaver Lake Realty Co., and of the Willbrook Plantation Community Association. He is survived by his wife Geraldine, his sons Michael Molkenthin, and Steven Molkenthin, and six grandchildren. Frank Pisciotta of Upper Saddle River died Aug. 16. He was 98. He had been employed with Lederle Laboratories in Pearl River, New York. He had attended Saint John’s in New York City. He was a parishioner of the Church of the Presentation in Upper Saddle River. He is survived by his wife Mary J. Pisciotta (nee Silvestro), his children, Mary Lee Mannes of Swansboro, North Carolina, Judy Uzzo of Caldwell, Idaho, Joanne Johnston of Upper Saddle River, 10 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his daughter Irene Sansalone. Arrangements were made by Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home in Ramsey.
