She had been a member of Saint Paul’s RC Church in Ramsey, and the Senior Citizens in Ramsey. She is survived by her husband Leslie J. Miller and her children Gregory Miller of Earlysville, Virginia, Stephen Miller of Mahwah, Ellen Miller-Armstrong of Warwick, New York, Maureen Fisher of Ramsey, and Kathleen Fougner of Lakeland, Florida, and nine grandchildren. Julia Nawalany, nee Windak, of Midland Park died April 18. She was 79. She was a parishioner of Church of the Nativity in Midland Park. She is survived by her children Anna Simone of North Haledon, and Peter Nawalany of Fair Lawn, and two grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Jan Nawalany and her brothers Toleck and Jozef Windak. Arrangements were made by the Olthuis Funeral Home in Midland Park. Monica Kelly Noonburg of Saddle River, formerly of West Virginia, Georgia, and Prospect Park, died March 31. She was 98. She had been a professional seamstress in Paterson. She is survived by her children Louise Simon of Saddle River, and Joseph Noonburg of Quechee, Vermont, eight grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Edwin “Ted” Greer Noonburg. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice. Joseph Ordini Sr. of Franklin Lakes died April 19. He was 89. He was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran of WWII. He was an entrepreneur who built and managed Joe Ordini’s Pools on River Street in Paterson for more than 60 years. He was a friend of the Greater Paterson Business Community and a member of the Riverside Veterans of Hawthorne. He is survived by his children Joseph Jr., Carole, and Paul, eight grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and his siblings Alexander, Albert, Theresa del Sardo, and Rose Napadano. He was predeceased by his wife Wilma (nee Day) Ordini, and his siblings Louis, Frank, John, and Caroline. Arrangements were made by Scillieri Funeral Home in Paterson. Memorial donations may be made to the Valley Hospital or American Heart Association. Cynthia A. Plicinski, nee Lotito, of Mahwah died April 17. She was 70. She was a Girl Scout leader for many years, a member of the Mahwah Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and volunteer at Immaculate Heart of Mary School, Immaculate Conception School and Good Samaritan Elizabeth D. Miller Hospital. She is survived by her husband Ed, her daughters Sandi McClanahan of Mahwah, and Susan Hopper of Dumont, and four grandchildren. She was predeceased by her mother Rose Lotito. He was 87. He is survived by his wife Annahede Saliba, his children George, Gabriel, Elias, Iskandar, Naima, Fay, Gladys, and Rindalla, 27 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and his siblings Saliba, Issa and Karim Saliba, and Khatown Panno. He was 79. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was a dentist. He served as a church deacon and elder and was, most recently a member of the West Side Presbyterian Church of Ridgewood. He was a member of the Christian Medical Society, the Luke Society, and the American Bible Society. He was a dental consultant with the Christian Health Care Center for 25 years, for the Holland Christian Home for 15 years, and with Campus Crusade for Christ in Russia. He also was a counselor for the Billy Graham Crusade. He is survived by his wife Marilyn, his children John B. Jr. of Haledon and Karen J. Lyman of Midland Park, three grandchildren, one great grandchild, and his siblings Kathleen Gorter of Waldwick and Robert Smid of Wyckoff. Stegle of Vernon, formerly of Waldwick, died April 20. She was 51. She is survived by her daughter Jamie Stegle, and her siblings William, Janice, Jeanne Burke and JoAnne Teichberg. Tobin of Ho-Ho-Kus died April 7. She was 85. She had worked in the office of Congressman Andrew Maguire and for a local accounting firm. She had been a volunteer with the PTA at the Ho-Ho-Kus Public School, Bergen Pines, and Valley Hospital. She was a member of the Contemporary Club, and a 50 year member of P.E.O. She is survived by her children John E. Tobin of Concord, New Hampshire, Brian D. Tobin of Allendale, and Paul C. Tobin of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, nine grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband John E. Tobin and her daughter Catherine Julia Tobin.
