That compares to 16 students in the international studies and business program; 19 students in the science, medicine, and research program; and 21 students in the engineering and design program. The total students enrolled in these programs who will graduate between 2011 and 2014 number 42 in the communication program; 46 in theater arts; 53 in information technology; 94 in international studies and business; 65 in science, medicine, and research; and 62 students in engineering and design. Under the provisions of the recommended ordinance, no minor under the age of 18 would be allowed to loiter, idle, wander, stroll, play, or be upon the streets and grounds in the borough on foot or by vehicle after a certain time on Oct. 30 or 31 until 6 a.m. the following morning. In addition, no parent or guardian or one having custody of a minor under the age of 18 years would be allowed to knowingly permit such a minor to loiter, idle, wander, stroll, play, or be out on any street or public place or any unsupervised place on foot or by vehicle during those times. The ordinance would not apply in cases where a minor is accompanied by a parent or guardian and lawfully acting without loitering or causing any disturbance.
