The form may be completed online (www.freevilladom.com), mailed in, or dropped off at our office at 333 Godwin Avenue in Midland Park. Your information will only be used for this purpose. Weekly mail delivery to all homes and businesses will continue uninterrupted and free of charge regardless of whether or not readers return the completed form, but a prompt return will be greatly appreciated. “Many local clubs, houses of worship, and organizations have already called in to offer their help with our campaign to get back the completed forms, but help from many more is crucial,” Vierheilig said.
