Midland Park June 2, 2010 THE VILLADOM TIMES I • Page 3 The Borough of Midland Park and the Patrolman’s Benevolent Association (PBA) have reached an innovative agreement on a three-year contract that will provide a 3 percent raise to ofﬁcers at the top of their salary range while saving the borough more than 20 percent in salary increments. The agreement was reached during a single meeting with Robert Glasson, a mediator appointed by the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) at the request of the PBA. The union was represented by Attorney Richard Loccke.
