Our hat’s off to: The folks at Our Lady of Mount Carmel who held a Bake Sale and bought gift cards for our families. We thank everyone at The Kentshire in Midland Park for their fundraiser this past month. We thank Weichert Realtors of Hackensack for the large donation of children’s toys. New Year -- new help needed: Amelia is now five years old. When she was almost two years old, she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She had surgery in Philadelphia and received chemotherapy. The family could use a variety of things, which we list here for your consideration: size 6 tops and pants for Amelia, a department store gift card so 15year-old sister Samantha can buy a sweater and jeans, a gas dryer, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, and a cable and DVD ready television for some entertainment. We now need the following food pantry items: pancake mix and syrup, jelly, canned fruit, long grain white rice, lentils, kidney beans, red beans, black beans, dried beans, corn meal, (Goya brand products work well), cooking oil, toilet tissue, paper towels, and
