3 CHICAS MEXICAN KITCHEN: “Let my Kitchen be your Kitchen!”
or the past eight years, 3 Chicas Mexican Kitchen has been a mainstay of fresh, quick service, Mexican food, and was recently voted one of the best restaurants of its type in Bergen County. Conveniently located at 637 Wyckoff Avenue in the Wyckoff Shopping Center, 3 Chicas offers a variety of healthy, made-to-order dishes, using only the best in quality ingredients. Owner Lee Parker has been a restaurateur on and off for three decades. Over the last 20 years, he has focused on Mexican cuisine, specializing in “California-FreshMex,” which he has brought to 3 Chicas. This style of cooking is all about natural ingredients and lots of flavor. No lard, preservatives, trans-fats, microwaves, or canned products are ever used. All of the dishes at 3 Chicas are prepared from the restaurant’s open kitchen where customers are able to see Lee Parker with his staff: Nena Lopez, Evelyn everything being freshly made by Lopez and Elizabeth Aquino the friendly staff and are made to feel like they are part of the action. Lee serves up delicious fare seven days a week for lunch and dinner: Monday through Thursday 11-9, Friday and Saturday 11-10 and Sunday noon-9 offering a Mexican Brunch noon-2:30. There is ample seating for 50 to dine in (bring your own beverage), relax at the taco bar, listen to great music, watch your favorite team on TV, or catch up on the news. You can grab takeout at the counter or call ahead for curbside pickup (great for parents with little ones in the car), and they provide convenient delivery to the local area. 3 Chicas also offers catering for all occasions on and off the premises, including birthday parties, showers, weddings, office luncheons: any event from 4 to 400! 3 Chicas also hosts Community Nights where they will donate a portion of the event’s proceeds to the sponsoring charity. “I have always offered quality food at a great value, having been in this business through several economic downturns, that is of real importance to lots of families, especially today: People are very busy, typically you have two parents that are running between work and the kids’ activities, and 3 Chicas provides a quick, wholesome, delicious and convenient alternative to the fast food chain offerings and that’s where our customers really see the value. So take a break and let my kitchen be your kitchen,” Lee invites. Visit the 3 Chicas website for menu and specials: www.3chicas.com or call (201) 848-4700.
