Republicans to meet The Wyckoff Republican League will meet on Wednesday, Aug. 25 at 7 p.m. at the Larkin House, 380 Godwin Avenue. Anyone interested is invited to attend. The group meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month. The league’s mission is to foster Republican ideals and present to the community those candidates from the Republican Party running for elected office in Wyckoff, Bergen County, and the State of New Jersey. Barrier-free access available at church Abundant Life Reformed Church, 475 Lafayette Avenue, in Wyckoff, has announced it is now fully handicapped accessible. A new addition dedicated earlier this summer, includes a full-size elevator and barrier-free bathroom. All members of the church now have access to the lower level of the building for fellowship gatherings. Artists sought for upcoming show The Wyckoff Family YMCA will host its Fifth Annual Adult Art Show Oct. 9 through Nov. 4. Thirty artists (age 19 and up) who submit completed applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Two pieces of two-dimensional artwork will be displayed per artist. Artwork
will be judged in two categories: fine art and photography. Ribbon awards will be given to first, second, and third place winners in each category. Business Card Exchange set Members of the Wyckoff Chamber of Commerce are invited to attend the Business Card Exchange sponsored by the Mahwah Regional Chamber of Commerce on Oct. 5. Musician sought for Sunday services The Christian Health Care Center in Wyckoff is seeking volunteers to play the piano for Sunday worship services at CHCC. Interested candidates can be high school students or older and should have a medium level of accomplishment. Experience playing hymns is a plus. Hour-long services are held at 10 a.m., 2 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. One can volunteer for any of these times on a regular or occasional basis.
