As always, participants will enjoy food, prizes, and games at booths hosted by various community organizations. Enjoy free trolley rides. There will be pony rides and children’s rides, and entertainers will include clowns, magicians, and the various performers who will be appearing at the borough’s three public stages. The Prospect Street Stage will include the following performances: 11 to 11:50 a.m., Hart Attack Band; noon to 12:50
p.m., Russ Gurney’s Blues on Tap; 1 to 1:50 p.m., School of Rock Band; 2 to 2:50 p.m., Peach Fuzz Band; 3 to 3:50 p.m., Reverse Order Band; 4 to 4:50 p.m., Knightcrawlers Band; 5 to 5:50p.m., The Front Bottoms Band; and 6 to 6:50 p.m., Wally Johns Folk Grass Express, an acoustic duo. Featured acts at the Main Street Stage will be: 12:30 to 1 p.m., Red Apple Rest, an acoustic trio; 1 to 2 p.m., Musical Review; 2 to 3 p.m., Mad Science Show; 3 to 3:30, Jeff Slome, an acoustic artist; 3:30 to 3:45, Lottie Porch, poetry reading;
3:45 to 4 p.m., Tom Phalen, poetry reading; 4 to 4:30, Sunday Soiree, an acoustic trio; 4:30 to 5 p.m., Jaclyn Falk, an acoustic artist; and 5 to 7:30 p.m., Wigs & Car Parts Band. The South Island Avenue Stage will be featuring the following performances: 1 to 1:45 p.m., Syncopated Seniors; 2 to 2:45 p.m., Outragehiss Pets; 3 to 3:45 p.m., Children’s Musical Review; 4 to 5 p.m., Look Sharp Performing Arts; 5 to 6 p.m.,
New Jersey Dance Stop; 6 to 7 p.m., Street Walk Performers; and 7 to 7:30 p.m., Ramsey DARE Idol performers. This full day of events will conclude with a 7:30 p.m. performance by the Ramsey Wind Symphony and an 8:30 p.m. Movie under the Stars, featuring “Kung Fu Panda.” Both of these events will be held at the Ramsey High School field. In the event of rain, Ramsey Day will be held Sunday, Sept. 13.
