Page 12 THE VILLADOM TIMES IV • May 13, 2009 Mahwah Veteran speaks at Teens for Troops program The Mahwah Public Library recently held a Teens for Troops program, which was attended by 24 teens. The program began with local U.S. Navy veteran Hank Leonard (picture above and at left with some teens) sharing his inspirational story about how he served during the Korean War. Leonard brought some memorabilia to share with the teens, who then went to work making great cards to send to U.S. troops. Scouts’ honoree (continued from page 11) Scouts of America.
