Before moving to Pennsylvania, he was the building and grounds supervisor for Midland Park and Ramapo Indian Hills school districts. He was a member of the Midland Park Fire Department and was involved with many local committees and activities. He is survived by his wife Elsa, his daughter Barbara Moore, and one grandchild. Arrangements were made by Moore’s Home for Funerals in Wayne. A memorial service is planned for April. Nannette Calvello of Waldwick died Jan.17. She was 82. She is survived her children Adrienne Dockery, Lois Killough and Joseph Calvello, and seven grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph, and her daughter Wanda. Arrangements were made by Robert Schoem’s Memorial Chapel in Paramus. Martha S. Costanza, nee Sasabe, of Ho-Ho-Kus died Jan. 17. She was 93. Before retiring, she was chief executive of her husband’s company, Vitamerican Corp. She was a member of the Ho-Ho-Kus and Ridgewood woman’s clubs, and The Ho-Ho-Kus Seniors. She is survived by her children Jane Vander Plaat of Mahwah and Bruce of Ho-Ho-Kus, three grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Before retiring in 1993, he was a textile manager with Louis Hornick and Sons of Haverstraw, New York. He is survived by his wife Henrietta, his children Doreen Holland of Midland Park, William Paul Holland Jr. of Mid- Roy Burrows land Park, Denise Holland of North Haledon, Robert David Holland of Oakland, Michael Martin Holland of Midland Park, and David Brantley Holland of Midland Park, four grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Arrangements were made by Olthuis Funeral Home in Midland Park. Peter A. Masterson Jr. of Ocean Grove, formerly of Ridgewood, died Jan. 16. He was 93. He had been employed for 41 years with Texaco and he worked in Jamaica, Brazil, and New York City. He was a 1932 graduate of Ridgewood High School and a 1936 graduate of the Manhattan College Business School. He was a member of the Hobbyists, the Holy Name Society, and the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his wife Rita, his children Maryellen Warwick, Kathleen Warwick, Joan Ianacone, Ann Colantuono, Eileen Masterson, and Margaret Masterson, 10 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and his sister Dorthea Davis. He was predeceased by his siblings Robert Masterson and two sisters, Margaret Lawrence and Constance Clark. Arrangements were made by Feeney Funeral Home in Ridgewood. She had been a teacher at Jefferson Elementary School in Hawthorne for almost 40 years. She is survived by her children Diane Mahood of Fort Myers, Florida Debbie Sisti of Encinitas, California; and Ben Meyer of Oakland. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Dorothy Meyer-Monigan. O’Neill, nee Fowler, of Waldwick died Jan. 15. She was 61. She was president of The Valley Hospital Foundation and served as vice president of Development for The Valley Hospital. She was liaison to The Valley Hospital Auxiliary and oversaw marketing and communications, pastoral care, and the volunteer department. She assisted The Valley Hospital in its efforts to assist Habitat for Humanity’s Women Raise the Roof, the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, and the annual for drive for the Center for Food Action. She is survived by her husband Jim, her children K.C., Tom and Andrea, and her brother John Nett. Arrangements were made by the Oakland Memorial Home in Oakland. She is survived by her children Jean O’Brien of Franklin Lakes, and Kenneth L. Verduin Jr. of Clermont, Florida, seven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
