Stevenson, and Eileen Brady, and four nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents John and Teri Brady. Arrangements were made by Feeney Funeral Home in Ridgewood. Colonel Elliot Edward Coley of Mahwah died Sept. 2. He was attached to the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington D.C. He was a candidate to graduate in June of 2010 from the U.S. Army War College as a unit commander. He was involved in the early campaign in Iraq for gathering intelligence. He received many service commendations and medals, including: the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, three Army Commendation Awards, two Army Achievement Medals, three Joint Meritorious Unit Awards, Army Superior Unit Award, six Army Reserve Component Achievement Medals, two National Defense Service Medals, Global War on Terrorism, and several others. He is survived by his wife, Suzanne, and his children Casey Leigh, Hailey Nicole, and Andrew Jackson, his parents, Dan, and Shirley Coley of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, his brothers Jack Coley of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Steve Coley of Carlsbad, California. She was active with the Ho-Ho-Kus Seniors, the Woman’s Club, the Hermitage, and the Valley Hospital Auxiliary. She is survived by her daughters Charlotte Schlindwein of Saddle Brook and Inge Kerlin of Cape May, seven grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren. He was owner of the North Bergen trucking business for 50 years. He is survived by his children Dr. David J. Gallina Jr. of Wyckoff, Dianne Gallina of Bronx, New York, two grandchildren, one great grandchild, and his siblings Margaret Cadematori of Long Island, New York, and John Gallina of Florida. She had worked as a waitress, first in London, England at the Regency Palace Hotel, later at the Princeton Club and at Bickfords in New York City and at the Black Bull Inn and The Whale in New Jersey. She was a parishioner of Saint Luke’s RC Church in HoHo-Kus and a member of the Rosary Society. She was a member of the Golden Club in Waldwick and volunteered for the Red Cross and for Covenant House in New York. She is survived by her daughters, Anne Marie Hart of Belvidere, and Joan Neithardt of Ben Lomond, California, four grandchildren and her siblings Maureen Kemble, Bernard O’Donovan, Denis O’Donovan, and Anne Harrison, all of the United Kingdom, and Gerard O’Donovan of Ramsey. She was predeceased by her husband Donald Edward Serviss, and her siblings James, Cornelius, John, Daniel and Terance O’Donovan, and Eileen Thomas.
