Leighton “Jay” Annis of Allendale died Nov. 18. He was 73. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He founded and managed Suburban Brokers, Inc. in Fair Lawn. He is survived by his wife Dorothy Annis (nee Brower), his children Leighton Annis, and Jill Mullen, four grandchildren, and his sister Joyce Dolson. Gallagher, nee Batthany, of Upper Saddle River died Nov. 12. She was 94. She had assisted her father in the family business, Acme Wire Works. She had been a board member of the Fresh Meadows Home Owners Civic Association. She had been a parishioner at Holy Family R.C. and currently was a member of the Church of the Presentation in Upper Saddle River. She is survived by her children James Jr. of Fresh Meadows, New York and Joann GallagherBerndt of Upper Saddle River, and three grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband James Gallagher. James V. Keena of Waldwick died Nov. 14. He was 80. Before retiring in 1991, he was a manager at Barclay Travel Limited in New York City for 12 years. He is survived by his brother John F. Keena of Westminster, Massachusetts, his niece MaryBeth Keena, and his nephews Kevin Keena, Michael Vanore, James Vanore and Brian Vanore. He was predeceased by his sister Margaret Vanore. Jeanne Andrick Lent of Alpharetta, Georgia, formerly of Ho-Ho-Kus, died Nov. 12. She was 62. She had been senior vice president at Sun Healthcare Group. Her career in the health care industry included positions at Nations Healthcare/Home Medical of America, Homedco, Care Plus/ Critical Care America, and Allergan Pharmaceuticals. She had taught at McArthur High School in Florida early in her career. She is survived by her husband David, and her siblings Constance Hollmann of Jackson, Michigan, and Sandy Andrick of Ramsey. Arrangements were made by the Northside Chapel Funeral Directors in Roswell, Georgia. Peter A. Razzo Jr. of Wyckoff died Nov. 11. He was 63. He was president and owner of The PAR Group, Inc. of Little Ferry for 15 years. He was a member of White Beeches Golf and Country Club. He sponsored an annual golf outing for the Inserra Family Foundation for Childhood Cancer and was a Partner in Hope Donor for Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He was a parishioner of Saint Elizabeth’s R.C. Church in Wyckoff. He is survived by his wife Sylvia Razzo of Wyckoff, and his sister Elizabeth Anne Dangler of Madison. She was a member of the Wyckoff chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by her husband Louis Sherman, her children Steven H. Sherman, Karen R. Levine Susan L. Sherman, Neal H. Rock died Nov. 15. She was 66. She had been the children’s librarian in Allendale, Englewood, and Wyckoff. She was a member of the Unitarian Society of Ridgewood. She is survived by her husband Bob Shoemaker, her children Douglas and Kate, three grandchildren, and her brothers Lawrence and Peter. Memorial donations may be made to Firstbook.org or the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition. Edith G. Webb, nee Atkinson, of Allendale died Nov. 12. She was 90. She had worked for Continental Insurance. She was the longest living member of Archer United Methodist Church and a member of the United Methodist Women and the Allendale XYZ Club. She is survived by her daughter Barbara E. Draper of Allendale, two grandchildren, and her sister Mildred Keet. She was predeceased by her husband Howard E. Webb. Arrangements were made by Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home in Ramsey. He was 96. He had worked for the U.S. Post Office for 30 years. He was survived by his children Marie Krieger, and Janice Jannett, two grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and his sisters Mildred White and Barbara Nayduck.
