Page 20 THE VILLADOM TIMES III • December 23, 2009 Area Blue Blaze team scores The Americans Soccer Club’s Blue Blaze team (Girls U9 A flight) finished the fall season with a 15-1-2 record. Among the team’s numerous accomplishments, Blue Blaze finished the season as the champions of the NCSA U9 A flight. The team also won two tournament brackets (one of them a premiere flight at the Parsippany Pride Tournament), and managed to outscore their opponents by a margin of 65 to 15 during the course of the season. The girls are pictured with Dom Novelli, the team’s parent/coach and James Mountain, the team’s trainer. This useful 308-page guide also provides more than 6,000 interactive links to help taxpayers quickly get answers to their questions. Publication 17 has been published annually by the IRS for more than 65 years and has been available on the IRS website since 1996. As in prior years, this publication is packed with basic tax-filing information and tips on what income to report and how to report it, figuring capital gains and losses, claiming dependents, choosing the standard deduction versus itemizing deductions, and using IRAs to save for retirement.
