Meyers Sr. of Franklin Lakes have announced the engagement of their daughter, Heidi Elizabeth, to Anthony Joseph Trancucci, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Trancucci of Allendale. The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Ramapo High School. She is also a graduate from Roman Academy of Beauty in Hawthorne. She is currently a hairstylist in Waldwick. Her fiancé is a 2003 graduate of Northern Highlands High School and has an associate’s degree in applied science from Bergen Community College. He currently owns his own landscaping company. A 2011 wedding is planned. Mr. and Mrs. David Hug of Wyckoff have announced the engagement of their daughter, Carly Jane, to Timothy Hausch, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Hausch of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Ramapo High School and The College of New Jersey, where she majored in education and math. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in education leadership at Montclair State University. She is employed as a math teacher at Indian Hills High School in Oakland. She is the granddaughter of Carl and Alva Hofstrom of Wyckoff and Will Hug of Pompton Plains. Her fiancé is a graduate of Archbishop Ryan High School in Philadelphia and Slippery Rock University, where he majored in education. He is pursuing a master’s degree in educational leadership from Newman College. He is employed as a middle school social studies teacher in Philadelphia. A spring 2010 wedding is planned.
