March 4, 2009 THE VILLADOM TIMES II • Page 9 Area The Glen Rock Borough Council approved the parking changes in the vicinity of Glen Rock High School, with Councilman Byron Arnao casting the lone dissenting vote. The ordinance deletes permission to park on the north side of Kirkwood Place from Radburn Road to Hamilton Avenue, but adds permission to park on the south side of Kirkwood Place from Radburn Road to Hamilton Avenue. The ordinance also prohibits left turns onto Radburn Road into Kirkwood Place between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Handicapped parking is also to be permitted on the east side of Belmont Road beginning at a point 25 feet north of the northern curb line of Harristown Road and extending to a point 45 feet east of that point. Arnao, who also opposed the introduction of the ordinance, said he understood the need to provide parking during construction in the area, but did not think this ordinance would solve the problem. J.
