This whimsical honor will commemorate Bendett’s Scout earns borough council’s recognition Eagle Scout project, which concerned painting the fire hydrants in Glen Rock in a pragmatic and realistic improvement in public safety. “The scope of Michael’s project was to provide both an appreciative community -- in this case the Borough of Glen Council introduces eight ordinances The Glen Rock Borough Council introduced eight ordinances last week. Adoption hearings have been scheduled for Feb. 11. The first ordinance introduced provides for regulations for the deposit of clothing donated to charities in the Borough of Glen Rock. The salary ordinance for certain officers of the borough is covered in the next three ordinances. Another ordinance will cover minor zoning changes. Ordinances to cover fees and traffic regulations are covered by the remainder of the ordinances. J.
