Page 10 THE VILLADOM TIMES I • September 16, 2009 Villadom Socials Jeffrey and Cheryl Leach of Wyckoff have announced the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Christine, to James Richardson Lawrence Gray, son of Charles and Gail Gray of Boulder, Colorado. The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Ramapo High School. She graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a bachelor of science in nursing. After graduation, she was accepted into Massachusetts General Hospital’s ICU post graduate program and is currently employed as a nurse in the cardiac intensive care unit at Massachusetts General Hospital. Her fiancé is a graduate of Fairview High School in Colorado. He served five years in the United States Coast Guard before earning his bachelor’s degree in nursing at Northeastern University in Boston. He was accepted into Massachusetts General Hospital’s ICU post graduate program and is presently working as an intensive care nurse in the post anesthesia care unit at Courtney Leach engaged Ashley Weininger weds Ashley Weininger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Weininger of Denville, was married to Kevin Kasak of Wyckoff, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Scheffler and Mr. Robert Kasak, on June 26. Reverend Robert Wisniefski and Rabbi Fredric Dworkin officiated the ceremony, held at The Manor in West Orange. Maids of honor were Alexandria and Alana Weininger, sisters of the bride. The bridesmaids were Malinda Arndt, Jennifer Fischer, Laurie Kasak, and Alban DeLorenzo. Best men were Michael Linn and Matthew LoVecchio, friends of the groom. Ushers were Christopher Guzman, Robert Finch, Mark Bott, and Robert Olsen. Tristan Baines was ring bearer. Nicole Baines and Abigail Bonnema, Goddaughters of the groom, were flower girls. The bride, a graduate of Penn State University is a third grade teacher at Stony Brook Elementary School in Rockaway. The groom, a graduate of Penn State University is a police officer for Wyckoff Township Police Department. After a honeymoon in Saint Lucia, the couple resides in Wyckoff. Birth Announcements Peter and Dayna Berger of Wanaque announce the birth of their son, Gavin Thomas, on April 10. He weighed 9 pounds, 15 ounces and was 21 inches long. Gavin joins his sister Hailey and brother Perry. Gavin Thomas Berger arrives Paternal grandparents are Peter and Penny Berger of Midland Park. Maternal grandparents are Gail Reiser of Hawthorne and Micheal D’Antonio of Allendale. Great grandmothers are Susan Reiser and Jean D’Antonio.
