Hannigan of Saddle River died Feb. 23. He was 71. Before retiring in 1988, he was an executive for many decades at AT&T. He then started his own company, Bergen Telephone. He is survived by his wife Francesca; his children, Raymond of New York City, George of Jersey City, and Francine Dommermuth of Sykesville, Maryland; three grandchildren; and his sisters, Mary Shanahan and Helen Stroh.
