In an unrelated incident, Ragucci arrested a 20-year-old Franklin Lakes man for possession of alcohol while underage after he reportedly observed the man’s car parked in a fire zone outside a liquor store and saw him leave with two 30-packs, which he placed in his trunk. One June 11, Wyckoff Patrolman Mark Tagliareni reportedly saw a car fail to observe a left turn lane at the intersection of Wyckoff Avenue and Franklin Avenue.
After a road stop, Tagliareni arrested a 22year-old Mahwah man and charged him with possession of marijuana and possession of narcotics paraphernalia after drugs were observed in the glove compartment of his car.
