Helen Lucille Bradbury of Glen Rock, formerly of Sioux City, Iowa, died July 23. She was 99. She had worked for 20 years in a local pharmacy in Sioux City. She is survived by her daughter Donna Jean Rasmussen (nee Reeves), four grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and her sister Maxine Lundstrum of Monroe, Washington. She was predeceased by her husbands Vernon Reeves and William L. Bradbury, and her brothers Leslie and Kenneth Samp. Arrangements were made by C.C. Van Emburgh Funeral Home in Ridgewood. Francis K. Conboy of Barnegat, formerly of Upper Saddle River, died July 27. He was 79. He was the owner of Frank Conboy Construction. He was jointly responsible for the development of High Point Country Club in Montague. He is survived by his children Linda Schall of Parsippany, Anthony Conboy of Hawthorne, Maureen DeMartini of Ramsey, Rosemary Conboy of Suffern, New York, and Timothy Conboy of Hawthorne; two grandchildren; and his siblings Theresa Vadja and Antone Conboy. He was predeceased by his wife Rosemary Conboy (nee Maggiano), his siblings Helen Baldwin, John and Joseph Conboy, and his former wife Joan Conboy (nee Fulcher). Arrangements were made by Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home in Ramsey. He was a U.S. Army Corps of Engineer veteran of WWII. He had been an engineer with OPW, a division of Dover Corporation in Cincinnati, for many years. He was a member of Saint Elizabeth RC Church in Wyckoff, where he was in the choir, a lecturer, and in the Food Sharing Ministry. He was a member of the Hobbyists and FIC (Foundation for International Cooperation). He is survived by his wife Rita (nee Lowry), his children David J. of Mooresville, North Carolina, Steven R. of Boiling Springs, Tennessee, Martin J. of Troutman, North Carolina, five grandchildren, and one great grandchild. David Edward Herlihy Sr. of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, formerly of Upper Saddle River has died. He was 74. He was employed by IBM for 38 years. He had served as president of the Harvard Club of Boston. He is survived by his wife Nonnie Herlihy, his children MaryAnne Ulian of Wellesley, Massachusetts, Elizabeth Herlihy of Boston, David Herlihy Jr. of Sudbury, Massachusetts, LeeEllen Jones of Concord, Massachusetts, and Julie Herlihy of Menlo Park, California, and 17 grandchildren. She was 74. Before retiring, she had been a payroll supervisor with Mitsubishi Corporation. She is survived by her children Michele Lynn of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Mike Lynn of Midland Park, and Debra of Lake Forest, California, three grandsons, her brother Ron Solin of Monroe, and her partner, Norm Borne. She was predeceased by her husband, Max Lynn, and her siblings, Sandra Stein and Sanford Solin. He is survived by his mother Maria Mazzola (nee Cuccaro), his siblings Ralph Mazzola of Cedar Grove and Susan Baglino of Allendale, and five nieces. He was predeceased by his father Cataldo Mazzola. Verkerk of Ho-Ho-Kus, her aunt, Mabel Sinnema (nee Roughgarden) of Cedar Grove, and five cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Robert W. Dr. Chuck Bartow, Seminary Pastor to the Presbyterian Church (USA) will be retiring from his position at Princeton Theological Seminary of twenty-six years. A certificate of congratulations was presented to him by Pastor Michael Carrier before family and friends during Worship Service at the First Presbyterian Church of Ramsey. Dr. Bartow and his wife Paula are long time residents of Ramsey.
