For those interested in working as an electrician or plumber, a good apprenticeship program can be the key to a great job in the field. To find one, look no farther than HoHoKus School of Trade in Paterson. “For the first time in New Jersey history, a proprietary institution, HoHoKus School of Trade, will offer electrical and plumbing apprenticeship opportunities to their graduates,” said Thomas M. Eastwick, president of Eastwick Education, which owns and operates the school. Eastwick said the trade school, located on Market Street, recently received approval from two of the most prestigious organizations in the state: the NJ Independent Electrical Contractors Association, and the NJ Association of Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors. “I am thrilled to be associated with both prominent organizations; this will mean nothing but the best opportunities for our students,” said Eastwick.
